Credit Card Fees
All card transactions will be charged the following transaction fee: 0.75% + 30 cents. The transaction/credit card fee we charge is non-refundable on cancellation.

Campervan Hire Rewards
You will receive a $300 experience pass for campervan bookings. A minimum spend applies to these passes. They are valid for 3 months from your booking date.

No cashback codes or any other promotional codes earned on a tour or experience booking or displayed and used for promotional material on tours or experiences, are valid on campervan or motorhome bookings, nor will you earn cashback for booking a campervan or motorhome.

Cancellation Terms

All cancellations will incur a $50 admin fee from Travello.

Tour Operator Cancellation Terms:
Apollo, Cheapa & Hippie
• If cancelled 61+ days prior to pick-up - No fee (booking deposit refundable)
• If cancelled 60 to 22 days prior to pick-up - 10% of Total Rental
• If cancelled 21 to 7 days prior to pick-up - 20% of Total Rental
• If cancelled less 6 days or less prior to pick-up - 50% of Total Rental

• If cancelled on the day of pick-up or no show - 100% of Total Rental)
• There is no refund for late pick-up or early return of an RV

Maui, Britz & Mighty
• If cancelled up to 61 days prior to pick up: No Fee 
• If cancelled from 60 to 22 days prior to pick up: 10% of Gross Rental 
• If cancelled from 21 to 7 days prior to pick up: 20% of Gross Rental 
• If cancelled 6 to 1 days prior to pick up: 50% of Gross Rental 
• If cancelled on day of pick up or No Show: 100% of Gross Rental 
• If Vehicle is returned early: No refund available 

Let’s Go Motorhomes
• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to pick up: No fee applicable
• Cancellation from 60 to 30 days prior to pick up: AUD $100 fee will apply
• Cancellation from 29 to 14 days prior to pick up: AUD $350 fee will apply
• Cancellation from 13 to 1 days prior to pick up: AUD $500 fee or 50% of the Total Rental (whichever is greater) will apply
• Cancellation on the day of pick up or a No Show: 100% of the Total Rental will apply

Cruisin Motorhomes & Go Cheap Campervans
• If cancelled up to 29+ days prior to pickup. No Fee
• If cancelled 28 to 7 days prior to pick up 25% of total rental
• If cancelled 6 to 1 days prior to pickup – 50% of total rental
• If cancelled on the day of pickup or ‘No Show’ – 100% of total rental

Spaceships Rentals
• 20% cancellation fee of total rental if cancelled 7+ days prior to the day of pick up

• 50% cancellation fee of total rental if cancelled 1-6 days prior to the day of pick up
• 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of pick up

Camperman Australia
• If cancelled 30 days or more prior to the pick-up date: a fee of $200 (Deposits up to $200 are non-refundable).
• If cancelled within 7-29 days of the pick-up date: 50% of the full Rental Charges.
• If cancelled 1-6 days prior to the pick-up date: 75% of the full Rental Charges.
• If cancelled on the day of pick-up or if you fail to notify us of your intended cancellation prior to the Start of the Rental and fail to pick up the Campervan: no refund is payable, and the full Rental Charges will be charged.

Awesome Campers
• A fee of $250 paid is non-refundable, the following charges also apply:
• If Cancelled 14 to 0 day prior to pick up or no show: 100% of Total Rental
• If vehicle is returned early for any reason whatsoever: No refund available.

Autosleepers
Cancellation fees apply if rental is cancelled:
• Over 30 days prior to pick up date: $200.00 (Deposits of up to $200 are non-refundable)
• Within 7-29 days prior to pick up date: 50% of the full rental charges.
• Within 1-6 days prior to pick up date: 75% of the full rental charges.
• If cancelled on the day of pick-up or no-show: 100 % of the full rental charges.

Travellers Autobarn

• Until 14 days before pick-up, no cancellation fee applies:
• $200 – within 14 days of pick-up
• 50% – within 7 days of pick-up
• 100% – same day or no show cancellation

Jucy & Star RV
• If the booking is cancelled 22 days (or more) before the pickup date, then you will receive a full refund of the deposit, or any amount paid (not including any credit card administration fee).
• If the booking is cancelled between 1 – 21 days before the pickup date, 20% of the booking value is chargeable as a cancellation fee and the remainder of hire fees (if paid) will be refunded less any credit card fees.
• If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of departure or the hirer does not collect the vehicle from the JUCY branch, then 100% of the booking value is chargeable.
• If you change the pick-up date within the cancellation time frames in (i) and (ii) above and then you cancel the amended booking; original cancellation fee will apply.

Campervan Village
• If cancelled up to 61 days prior to pick up: the reservation will be cancelled free of charge, no fee applies from Campervan Village.
• If cancelled from 60 to 22 days prior to pick up: a 10% fee applies with a minimum fee of $150.
• If cancelled from 21 to 7 days prior to pick up: a 20% fee applies with a minimum fee of $250. • If cancelled 6 to 1 days prior to pick up: a 50% feeapplies with a minimum fee of $400.
• If cancelled on day of pick up or No Show: 100% fee applies, no refund. The customer may be able to move the pick up date, an admin fee of $150 applies to do so.
• Please note we do not offer a refund or credit if a Vehicle is picked up late or returned early.
• The Cancellation fee period is based on Australian Eastern Standard time
